“The whole process was straightforward from the first visit to the final seal. No surprises, and no mess left behind.”
Seamless resin, microcement and specialist finishes · London
Ten premium finishes for bathrooms, kitchens, whole homes, garages and driveways. Hand-applied by the people who quote the job, usually over the floor you already have, in days rather than weeks.
Why seamless
Tiles have grout. Boards have gaps. Carpet has a lifespan. A seamless surface has none of these, which is why every design-led home in London is moving to it.
Floorscape is a small, owner-operated London studio. We visit every site, quote every job and lead every installation ourselves. We work with homeowners, architects and designers who want a finish that is bespoke rather than off the shelf, and who would rather deal with the people doing the work than a sales team.

Our finishes
Each one has its own page with real projects, specifications, prices and the rooms it suits. If you are not sure which is right, call and describe the space. We will tell you straight.

Seamless versus the rest
A premium floor costs more on the day it goes in and less over every year that follows. This is the comparison we talk through on every site visit.

How it works
Four steps, no surprises. The person you speak to on the phone is the person who turns up on site.
We measure up, look at the substrate and talk through the finishes that suit the room. About 20 minutes.

A written price that includes preparation, waterproofing where needed, the finish and sealing. Samples sent if you want them.

Prepared, applied and sealed, usually over what is already there. Most rooms take two to five days.

Cleaned down, inspected together and handed over with simple care notes and the guarantee.

What clients say
“The whole process was straightforward from the first visit to the final seal. No surprises, and no mess left behind.”
“We looked at tiles and natural stone but the seamless finish won us over. It genuinely looks like a different house.”
“Fixed quote, fixed timeline, and the finish is exactly what we were shown beforehand.”

Whole home projects
Hallway, kitchen, living room, stairs and bathrooms in one continuous finish, from one company, under one guarantee.
Renovating the whole house is the moment to get the floor right. We handle microcement, polished concrete, resin, Venetian plaster, waterproofing and substrate preparation across every room, and we are happy to work from your architect's specification.
Common questions
Most projects fall between £2,000 and £50,000, priced per square metre at roughly £50 to £150 depending on the finish and the preparation needed. Resin bound driveways start from around £1,500, terrazzo from £3,000. After a free site visit you get a fixed written quote within 24 hours.
Usually not. Microcement is applied at 2 to 4mm over tiles, concrete or timber, and resin systems bond to a prepared base. No demolition, no skip, and far less disruption. We confirm on the site visit.
These are the same systems used in commercial kitchens, gyms, airports and showrooms. They handle heavy furniture, foot traffic, pets and cleaning chemicals, and when properly installed they are harder than most tiles.
Resin and microcement are flexible and move with the building rather than cracking the way tiles do. Proper preparation of the substrate is the key, and it is always part of the job.
Across London and roughly 90 minutes around it, including Surrey, Hertfordshire and Essex.
Of course. Tell us the finish and colours you are thinking about and we will send samples with no obligation. Many projects start months before the work does.
